Jose Luis Baños began his career at Caiba in 1991, joining the Human Resources Department. In 1995, he took on the role of Export Manager, and the following year led the integration of Continental Pet’s container business after its acquisition by Caiba. This milestone marked the company’s expansion in Andalucía, culminating in the opening of a new production plant in 1998.

That same year, he assumed responsibility for the Commercial and Logistics Departments, and in 2002 was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Caiba.

Since then, he has focused on defining the company’s strategic direction, identifying new projects and business opportunities, and fostering a motivated and committed team fully aligned with Caiba’s long-term vision and goals.

Ricardo Frígols holds a Double Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and École des Ponts ParisTech (Polytechnique de Paris).

He spent eight years at Bank of America in London and Madrid within Debt Capital Markets and Global Corporate and Investment Banking, advising leading European corporates on strategic financing and capital structure solutions.

Since June 2025, he has served as CFO | Deputy CEO at Caiba, overseeing the company’s financial strategy and driving its sustainable growth and corporate development.

More than thirty five years of experience with supply chain management, logistic, planning, maintenance and business development, 10 years as an Industrial Director, mainly in a very challenging environment because strong rules in manufacturing foods. Previously I worked as COO & Supply Chain at PASCUAL, S.A., coordinating the Industrial, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics areas, later joining CAIBA in March 2023.

I joined the family business in Caiba in 2005 taking charge of the Export Department. Starting in 2023 I assumed the position of Commercial Director of the company with the main functions of supervising sales, maintaining relationships with key clients, managing and motivating the sales team and setting commercial objectives.

I hold a Law degree from the University of Valencia and can communicate at a native level in Spanish and Valencian, at a high level in English and French and at a basic level in Italian.

Between 1997 and 2005 I worked at Sociedad General Española de Librería progressing through commercial and client management responsibilities as Sales Inspector, later as Export Product Manager and finally as National Product Manager.

I am a consistent and dedicated professional with empathy and strong teamwork skills.

Executive with extensive experience in comprehensive quality management, regulatory compliance, research, development, technological innovation, and continuous improvement within the packaging sector.

She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has completed research residencies at the CSIC-ITCP and CSIRO-Australia. She is an expert in the implementation of management systems (BRCGS PACKAGING, ISO 9001, GMP, ISO 15343, etc.) and in leading quality and product optimization strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

She is strongly results-oriented, has a strong focus on regulatory audits, R&D&I projects, and a culture of operational excellence.
